This should be evaluated strictly and only by the instructor on a scale from 5 to 1. Where 5 is best quality and 1 is poorest quality. E.g. factor in in the assessment: Did the lifeguard have control of the situation? Did the lifeguard follow relevant procedures? Did the lifeguard flex from the procedures well-in-time when necessary? etc. The quality assessment of the lifeguard does not include “speed or operation time”.
